Baby crazy!

I've been making these little baby onesies for Cristina's little bean.

I just wanted to share a few of them. My baking has been on a bit of a standstill and has been replaced with a new obsession of baby clothes-making!

For Christmas I made Cristina some pillows with this rose pattern on it,

which ended up being my inspiration for this one

and one with a little chiffon tutu!

I love this one, I ended up added two more layers of tutu to make it poof out a bit more,

but I'm thinking I'm going to make another with just the single layer.

Two Dollar Tuesdays

Granada Bowl does bowling for only $2 every Tuesday!

We went with a big group of people,

and stayed late enough for the fancy midnight lights to come on :)

Brent killed us all, his score was more than 3 times my score!

He was bowling strikes practically every other turn!

I don't think I have the best form, but the bowling shoes were cute ;)

Just Another Saturday Night..

On the weekends, Brent and I go out to his mom's house in Fremont

This weekend had enough funny events eligible for a post...

It started off as a normal night, video games and funny faces..

Luke found an empty box and put in on his head like a mask

Jake's two friends decided to use the box for their target practice

Scott (their dad) comes home to see his son being shot at while wearing a beer box on his head

I'm not sure if we'll be babysitting again anytime soon.. :P

Later that night, Brent and Jake played a game of "Sting Pong"

You play ping pong to three points, and the loser has to put his shirt over his face and be hit with the ping pong ball by the winner. Jake was so proud of his welts :)

I hope I have all boys when I get older.

My Favorite Holiday

A harmless prank, she didn't realize I had put these on her head :)

She wore them for almost an hour.

Brent & the Baby

I found my old bitty baby and showed it to Brent.

He hated the doll at first, and was making it do kung fu..

Then after a few minutes, he put it in his shirt and I think he and bitty baby bonded :)

he left it in his shirt for a good half hour

Hut-2-3-4

I've known Richelley since we were little wee ones, and I'm so excited to be in her wedding! Her sister Dani threw her bridal shower this weekend, and i must say..she did an amazing job! When I heard it was "asian-themed", I was expecting to be greeted with a kimono and some miso soup, but when I walked in and saw the place, I was actually speechless! (which is a rare thing for me). Dani had planned every detail perfectly, even down to the cute little ribbons on the chopsticks :)I made some basic chocolate cupcakes with whipped chocolate frosting, and added some little paper flowers to match all the other beautiful cherry blossoms

Looking at these pictures are making me crave a little chocolate midnight snack...

Oakley Turns Three!

Today was Oakley May's 3rd birthday! She is getting so big I can hardly believe it :)

Stephanie made some cutesie princess castle cupcakes with pink sprinkles, Oakley kept staring at them with sparkles in her eyes all night. She was so happy the whole night, I adore this picture of her.

We played with her new farm animals barn set together. Whenever I told her "Happy birthday Oakley!", her response was, "Happy birthday Wicowina!"

Eventually, I think the sugar got the best of her...
